Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Timelines

We currently ship across India, and shipping is free on all orders. Every Kr4nti piece is made with care, so please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Order type	Dispatch & delivery time
Standard pieces	7 to 9 days
Bespoke pieces	10 to 12 days

Bespoke pieces are made to your specifications, which is why they take a little longer. If your order contains both standard and bespoke pieces, please expect the longer timeline for the full order.

Exchanges

Because our pieces are produced in limited runs, we do not offer returns or refunds. We offer an exchange only in the following cases:

• The piece arrived damaged.
• The piece has a severe printing error.

Exchanges are not available for change of mind, fit or size preference, colour variation from screen display, or minor differences that are a natural part of printing and handmade production.

How to Request an Exchange

If your piece qualifies, please email us at kr4nti.studios@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the damage or printing error. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know the next steps for your exchange.

Bespoke Orders

As bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, they are covered by the same exchange policy above: exchanges are offered only for damage or a severe printing error.
